Executed significant acquisitions and divestments to further develop the TAKKT portfolio (USA and Europe, transaction values up to EUR 250 million).

Digital transformation: In 2016, implemented the digital transformation strategy by developing the TAKKT Digital Agenda. Founded TAKKT Beteiligungsgesellschaft in 2016 and made 8 investments in startup companies as a corporate investor to accelerate digital transformation. In 2018, TAKKT received the Digital Champions Award from Deutsche Telekom and Wirtschaftswoche.

Sustainability: From 2012, developed and implemented a comprehensive sustainability strategy and reporting for the TAKKT Group with the global SCORE initiative. In 2019, TAKKT AG was awarded the German CSR Prize.
