Owners of family businesses
My primary offer, to be available as a trusted partner for ESG strategy and leadership questions, and thus strengthen company sustainability, is primarily addressed to owners of family businesses. Enterprise size is irrelevant. However, your annual turnover should be in the triple-digit million range (EUR). In terms of sectors, I am currently focusing on retail, e-commerce, B2B distribution, and light manufacturing.
Executive and supervisory boards
Members of company management – from the executive board (board of directors) to the supervisory board and the advisory board – are invited to contact me, as well. My focus is on privately-owned companies.

Associations often offer their members guidelines, checklists or even specific recommendations for action on selected topics. I am happy to support by conducting appropriate workshops or developing industry-specific standards.
